Because our products are digital and instantly accessible, we do not offer returns or refunds once a purchase is completed.

Exceptions:

Refunds may be granted only in the following cases:

  1. Technical issue on our side that prevents access to the product and is not resolved within 7 business days.

  2. Duplicate payment or accidental multiple purchases.

  • Purchase receipt

  • Reason for refund request
