Challenge

Bio365, a national manufacturing company, needed a live Quality Control (QC) dashboard to monitor and manage data from multiple production facilities in real-time. They required a solution that could integrate their existing Google Sheet data systems into a comprehensive dashboard.

Solutions

We developed a live QC dashboard using Google Looker Studio (formerly Google Data Studio) to provide up-to-date summaries of QC data across all facilities. Our approach included:

• App Development: Built an app on AppSheet for each facility to streamline the entire factory process, from receiving raw materials to packing and delivering finished goods. This app also managed manufacturing recipes.

• Data Integration: Created a data warehouse to collect and centralize data from all facilities.

• Dashboard Creation: Developed a master dashboard in Google Looker Studio, covering:

  • Facility Checklist

  • Insect Control

  • Receiving Materials

  • Quality Control

  • Bases and Blends
